1. Professor (Ph.D - 15 years teaching / research experience / post graduate or 10 years post ph.d. teaching / research or professional experience - 15 years research publication in HEC recognized jouranls out of which at least 5 should be in the last 5 years
2. Associate Professor (Ph.D - 10 years teaching / research experience / post graduate or 5 years post ph.d. teaching / research or professional experience - 10 years research publication in HEC recognized jouranls out of which at least 5 should be in the last 5 years
3. Assistant Professor (Ph.D or Master degree (foreign) or M.Phil (Pakistan) - 4 years teaching / research experience / post graduate institution or professional experience in relevant field
4. Lecturer (1st class master degree in relevant field)
